Access to the tools of the PTC Eduction program

Mark, I have completed an introductory workshop for Pro E Wildfire 3.0 edition and when I go to access anything for the Education program for schools, it gives me a screen that says: You do not have access to this object or it does not exist. Hi Neil, On completion of the introduction workshop, you will be presented with a license agreement. The license agreement needs to be completed and faxed back to PTC in order to gain access to the Teacher's Portal. Did you sign and fax back the license agreement? Thanks, Mark
