CREO 3.0. Student Edition - Welding, Simulate and Mold Layout

Does anyone know how to activate the welding feature, Simulate or Mold Layout in the student edition of Creo 3.0? I have it in the applications tab but when I click "welding" or "Mold Layout", the tools do not come up. Program writes to me: "Please check Licensing". And "Simulate" does not respond. Why?
