CREO 3.0 instalize problem

CREO 3.0 instalize problem

Hi!

When I started to install CREO 3.0 student version, it is started, but only one of the files was installed. When I click to the small 'i' it said the next:

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? It makes me crazy...

I enclosed a picture about that. Please help me, I do everything I could, but it doesn't work -_________-
