CREO student version Installation Issues

In attempting to initiate installation on my PC, when I choose the following:

Creo 7.0
Win 64 DVD (4.899 GB) HTTPS

I get a small window asking me whether I want to "Open the File or "Save the File". Nothing tells me whether anything is being downloaded and It keeps on saving an empty zip file to my download directory. (I'm also never asked into which folder I want to download the file to either)...So I can never do an "extract all" procedure.

Hello,

 

Have you tried to download the media CD with another browser like chrome or firefox?

 

When you click on "save file", normally the download starts and you can open the directory where the file is stored /downloaded and extract the file after the file is completly downloaded.
