Cannot log into thingworx Composer

Hello,

I'm taking part of the Thingworx introduction training and just cannot open up thingworx.

In the training it says to go to this url:

http://localhost:8181/Thingworx/Composer

I just get a message "This site can't be reached".

Anyone know why?
