Cannot renew student license

Hello, I can't renew my student license for creo 6.0. I am getting two errors - first 

Now I tried following a different support thread and deleted my license.dat files and tried running setup.exe in license mode and now I am seeing this error - 

Any suggestions for how to get my licensing straightened out?

Hi,

I am not sure I can help. However, may I ask you how you update the license for a defined version. I was working with Creo education 7.0 but I think the license is expired since now I have a message bottom of my screen asking me to do something with the license. I am a beginner and rather new to Creo.
