Creating New Balloons for Assembly Drawing

After creating a new assembly drawing along with a bill of materials list, we hit "Create Balloons - All". It seemed to have missed some of the parts and not give them a balloon at all, just skipping over them. We tried "Create Balloons - By Component" to add them to parts that were lacking but ran into trouble when it just wouldn't label the components after clicking them, double clicking, middle clicking. How do we go about adding our own balloons to correspond with the bill of materials list?

Best thing to double check is what level of the assembly these parts exist at. Depending on the filters and recursive settings, you might not be including them. If the item is showing up in your BOM table, you should definitely have a balloon for it.
