After countless attempts, uninstalling, and reinstalling the entire app, I was able to successfully run the app, but I still wanted to ask this incase I need to renew my license in the future, and perhaps help incase others encounters the same problem I have. Is there an easy way to update the license file without having to reinstall the app? Btw, I was unable to have the app run properly by uploading the emailed license during install, or dropping the file in the licensing folder, what worked was uninstalling and using the product code i found online, then log into my PTC account, then uninstalling and reinstalling the quality agent found in the downloaded install file.
