Creo 11 student version installation

When I follow the creo 11 student version installation guide and open the link to download the PTC Creo 11.0 zip file, the following pops up on my screen:

https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp page works on my computer.

Did you create PTC account?

open browser in Inkognito/Private/InPrivate mode and try again.
