Creo 3.0 Student version has licensing issues

My student edition of Creo 3.0 after several months of usage has now a licensing issue. I have downloaed the latest Creo 3.0, have uninstalled the previous Creo and installed the new downloaded Creo 3.0. The install seemed to go OK, but I am still having licensing issues.How do I rectify this?
