I'm trying to install Creo 3 Academic but I'm not able to enter the product code.
I tried to run as administrator and turning off the firewall but nothing helped.
As you can see in the screenshot the field for the Product key is disabled.

I did not recognize any problem in ipconfig output.
Try to create another Admin account and test installation under this clean new account.
Before installation attempt always delete PTC sub-directory in C:\ProgramData directory.

1.] TEST: Run installation on different computer to see if Product Code entry is accessible or not.
2.] TEST: Set English environment for Administrator account on your PC and run installation.

It's still the same Problem with an English Administrator account.
The setup works on different computer.
Is it possible to get a license file withot the product key during the installation?
For example for an offline activation?

you can PTC to send you license file. Send them MAC address of network card via email - -OR- http://support.ptc.com/appserver/support/academic_case_logger/academic_case_logger.jsp
Unfortunately PTC response time is questionable ...
To continue to solve the problem on this page, please publish ipconfig /all output as described in Creo 3.0 Student Edition License says "Succes!" but also "Invalid file or format" discussion.
