I bought a license for this version of Creo 4.0 since my study program does not cover Creo. I want to install the license file associated with this version NOT the free university version since I need simulator as well. I tried contacting customer service and they were Zero help mostly due to the language barrier. When I do a fresh installation, it does not find my order number or the product code I have. Please help me find a PDF to install properly or solving my issue would be great!

As someone fairly intelligent, yes I already read the guide, the process fails after the creating the login screen or right after I login.....still no email of someone competent and a representative of the company with a good grasp of the English language.
Again still waiting...PTC Technical Support is the worst by far of all the major CAD programs......Help me please!

He needs to file a ticket a http:///support.ptc.com using his Sales Order Number(SON).
