Creo 6.0 Student license renewal

Hi!
My license for Creo Student 6.0 is expiring in a few days. Whenever I try to renew it, it says that my email is incorrect (though it isn't!). What could be the problem?

Please use this link to reset your password. This should work, even if the password was correct, but the account inactive 🙂
