Creo 7 - License request failed for feature

Hi, 

I am facing some difficulties in starting up Creo Parametric. License Warning appeared upon startup, with the error  "Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session." When I clicked ok, Messages popped up ("AFX failed to load", "IFX failed to load") and the application is closed automatically.

Not too sure what to do next. Would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve this. Thank you!
