Hi,

1.) did you unzip installatin zip file (5 GB size) into new directory?

2.) what is the path to setup.exe?

Hi,

  • open Command prompt window
  • cd /D c:\Users\suman\Desktop\CAD
  • setup.exe
  • hopefully you will see some error message
  • you can also open Event viewer and search for error message related to setup.exe startup time

You can also create new admin account, login and run setup.exe.

Does suman user belong to admins?

Martin Hanák

Yes suman should habe admin and i opened the event viewer it says that the error ID is: 0x0x3110

Hi,

I am sorry I do not know what 0x3110 error means.

Create new admin account, login and run setup.exe
