Hi,
did you remove expired license file from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory?
Try requesting license file via email. Please read https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/PCT-Academic-Program-installation/m-p/875275 discussion.
Hi,
I didn't have the file "Licensing", but I remove the Creo 6.0 file. Now I can see these file (pic). But when I try install file i can still see the previous files in "license sources" (pic)
.
I tried also that I create a new email user, but it didn't work also. I tried other computer, and still didn't work.

Hi,
you have to remove expired license files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. To access this directory you have to copy&paste C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing path into address field of File Explorer (as shown in following picture) and press ENTER.
