Creo 9 Installation Issue - Error and License File

I recently installed Creo 9 on my system, and I am encountering an error when trying to open the software. Attached to this email, you will find a screenshot of the error for your reference.

Additionally, I have attached my license file to this email. I accessed the license by entering the email address.
