Creo Parametric 10.0 Student Premium AFX limited to Lite

Hello,

I purchased the Creo 10.0 Student Premium version to be able to use the full extent of the advanced framework extension. When I use Advanced Framework, I am limited to 20 features and receive a popup stating that I am using AFX Lite. All of the information I can find seems to suggest that I should receive the full version of advanced framework with the premium version:

Creo9_Education_Editions_Comparation_Chart.pdf (ptc.com)

(I cannot find a similar chart for Creo 10.0. A google search of "Creo education editions comparison chart" returns a pdf link that shows the same: The free student version includes AFX Lite while the paid premium version contains the full AFX extension.)

Creo 10 University Student Edition Premium License | PTC Store

(under Key Features, Advanced Framework Extension is listed, with no suggestion of it being the LITE version)

It appears that the Manikin extension is working properly so I think some of the features of the premium version are active. Therefore, I don't think I am using a license for the standard student version.

I have uninstalled and removed the previous licenses twice and still have the same results.

Hi,

click File > Help > System Information > System Information

... and search for Advanced Framework

(see https://community.ptc.com/t5/3D-Part-Assembly-Design/Creo-9-0-Options-greyed-out-in-quot-Mechanism-quot/m-p/948649#M134675)

Also you can check the contents of your license file.

Search for code 213 ... it belongs to Advanced Framework.

In my license I can see it:

INCREMENT PROE_DesignPrmP ptc_d 41.0 date qty \
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx VENDOR_STRING="VSVER=2.0 \
LO=(0,3,6,7,10,17,26,32,34,40,45,48,51,52,55,56,57,59,61,62,63,66,67,69,71,73,91,92,94,97,104,106,108,115,116,125,126,127,128,131,133,135,137,158,163,188,191,192,194,213,219,220,251,275,277,278,282,291,292,324,325,326,327,329,331,332,336,341,346,347,354,357,361,370,371,372,374,375,376,377,386)

Thank you,

I do not see it in my System Information, and I also do not see it in my license file. I have contacted support to resolve this issue as it is clearly advertised on the product listing.
