Creo Parametric is not running

I have installed creo version 10. After successfully installation of the Creo parametric . It is not running. When i start run its just open and then close without any warning. Then i also tried to install other versions & then i get the same problem.

How do you start Creo?

Graphic card - Integrated 2GB graphic card(I don't have knowledge of graphic card)

After installation i click on the icon of Creo parametric with right button and then Run with left button.

please start System Information application, Save file with .nfo extension, pack the file into zip file and upload zip file.

you can also test following tip.

• open config.pro file located in Common Files\text directory in Notepad
• add graphics win32_gdi option at the end of file
• save the file
• start Creo
