I am installing Creo University edition and I entered BK120908EDUNIVERSITYED under sales number order or product code. It didn't go through and displays ERROR in red.

Hi,

1.] BK120908EDUNIVERSITYED is Product code

2.] You can contact academicsupport@ptc.com (via e-mail). You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used. I hope they will send you valid license file.

Host ID ... this means physical address of network card

• if Ethernet network card is installed in your computer then use its physical address
• if the only network card is WiFi network card then you must turn off MAC address randomization to get real physical address
