Difficulties with Installation

I have tried to install Creo Parametric 4.0 and I pressed the 'Win 64 DVD HTTPS' button which downloaded a big folder, however I haven't been able to download the app itself, only just the folders. I also haven't received any emails to help guide me to install it.
