We're starting to find our way around Windchill, and just figured out how to adjust mentor and team permissions, but I can't seem to edit a team member's role, which currently reads, for some reason, "none,none". [Actually - I just learned the nom de plume is the result of the student's early attempts to create a PTC account profile. That's what he typed in for "last name, first name" and although he's since correctly updated his profile, "none,none" won't go away!] The help file suggested I could edit the profile via the Utilities tab, from the Home tab, but I don't seem to have access to the necessary option there. Help? I'd like to add the rest of our team members, but I'd like to be able to access their profiles, or for them to be able to access and edit their profiles. Thank you for your guidance.
