Edu K12 license on silent installation

Good morning,
I installed a sample machine with a K12 education license.
I extracted the creobase.p.xml and pma.p.xml XML files and performed a silent installation on two other clients with "setup.exe --xml PATH_TO_XML etc."

The installation was successful, except that when I started it, it said:

C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\LICENSEK12_license.dat does not exist.

This is normal, because during the initial setup it asked me for my PTC account and released it immediately (on source PC)

I'm wondering, is there a way to force the license request to the PTC servers for each client via the CLI? I can't have a technician go station by station to enter the product code and validate.

Hi,

I think that it is not possible to send a request for a K12 license during silent installation is not possible.

K12 license is intended for student personal computers, i.e. it is assumed that each student will perform the installation themselves using his own credentials.

If you want to install on computers in a school lab, then ask for academic licenses (these are floating with qty 150 and Creo installation can then be copied from computer to computer).
