Error at the very beginning

Happy Ester to everyone,

I have a major problem. When i start drawing anything, my screen just stays white. (Not just while drawing, all the time) I can click on the symbols that are used to be on the screen. So it’s just the screen who doesn’t updates or whatever. I tried to reinstall the program but still the same mistake.

Can anyone help me? Any ideas? I added one pic of the screen.

Would be great

Greetings

Friedrich

Hi Friedrich,

Please see the below guide for help with the issue. It looks to me to be related to your graphics drivers and is relatively common. The guide will walk you through the process of either updating your graphics drivers or disabling dedicated graphics if the problem is still not solved.

If even after you have tried everything included in the guide and Creo is still doing the same thing, please let me know.

Thanks!

Please post in the appropriate subspace of this community. You have posted in the Mathcad section and most likely we can't help you with Creo!

Do u have a Link where i should post this? I cant find it.

Really???

I guess chosing "PTC Creo" at the top and then "Discussions" (or "All Content") and then "Start a discussion" would be a good idea.

It might also help if you give more information than just a screenshot - which program, which version and maintenance release, which OS, etc.

I've actually moved this discussion into our community, since the screenshot provided by Friedrich Prinz indicated that he is trying to install a student edition of PTC Elements/Direct.
