Error in the Student License

Hi,

Thanks for your support in education. I am a PhD student in mechanical engineering and I usually use Creo to design my experiment system. However, I recently can not access the Creo 6.0 and 7.0 by the license for student edition. It shows error when I paste the license code into the Simple License Entry. Would you please kindly let me know if anything I should do to access the Creo? Thanks a lot for your help.
