Error on liscense

I keep getting this error when i try to put in the liscense i am using the correct one with the correct program version, i cant do my homework and i cant figure out whats wrong. I have completly uninstalled and reinstalled more than one, i have redownloaded the files more than one to double check that.

Well i got it to install on my laptop so its something my computer is causing

Hi,

Creo installer needs to recognize network card properly to be able to request license file creation. Maybe this network card "area" is problematic on your computer.
