Hello,
An error message appears in the third step when I install the license. I have the product number (BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL).
The error messsage is "Error processing the license. Please contact the PTC Licensing Department".

if you received license file via email, then use procedure mentioned in Problems during installation of Creo Student Edition page.
