Exporting project from ptcu learning server

Hi,

I would like to ask that how can I export a project from the ptcu learning server

https://ptcu-thingworx83-fundamentals.portal.ptc.io/Thingworx/logout/logout.html?locale=en.

I tried as follows but not working.

selected binary file.

After export it gives the following error.

Hi,

In the project, you have entities that have properties type password? If yes, then you cannot export that kind of entities (could be users or DBthings with connection settings).

If you export in XML format the error is the same?

I checked the project, and I think it doesn't have entities that have password.

Also tried to export in xml format, and having the same error.

Hi,

Can you see any error in Application log from Composer > Monitoring? If yes, then please add it here.

Hello Naeem,

The ThingWorx instance you are trying to export entities from is intended to be for learning purposes only. For security reasons, you will not be able to export any entities you created there.

There needs to be a way of exporting from the learning server.
