Factory talk Edge Gateway

Hello,

i'm trying to figure out what does this error means when i try to connect FT edge gateway to thingworx.
I've also tried to use kepware but " ThingWorx Native Interface Connection to ThingWorx failed. | Platform = XXXXX:8080/Thingworx/WS, error = could not initialize a secure socket connection."
I've read all the previous argument but there is no way to solve it, the configuration seems ok.
