After coming back from the Easter Holidays no one can access Creo as it can’t find the license server after logging in to the FlexNet software I can see that the ptc_d Status is “Down” tried to start it but it never starts.
Any ideas how I fix this would be much appreciated
Thank you for your reply I have checked and the lmadmin_ptc service is started and I have tried restarting it makes no difference.
run ptcstatus command on license server. If its output is reporting that licenses are available, then try turning firewall on license server off. Firewall can block communication between licenserver and client.
it is telling me that my Licenses have expired i will try re configuring and re input the license code will let you know thanks for the advice didn't know that cmd was there as I haven't had to touch this server since I set it up
