How can I use Creo student edition to open commercial file

I have downloaded commercial Creo files from ptc community. Can anyone tell me how to use Creo 4.0  student edition to open commercial file.

Or can anyone help me convert the file attached in the previous reply into the Creo student edition file version ？ Thanks.

Creo Student edition cannot open files created in commercial version.
