Miles, sounds like you did not install the license or there was an error preparing your online license file. You must be connected to the internet to complete the license installation. You do not need to uninstall/re-install, just use the reconfigure command to update the licensing. It is located in the Creo installation folder under C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 3.0\M060\Parametric\bin. If you have an existing license file entry, remove it first and then create a new one.
