When I try and run Creo 9.0 on my laptop it's giving an error and saying it can't register with the quality control agent and is shutting down. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

maybe this message informs you that you do not have sufficient access rights into Creo installation directory.
Suggestion: Change access rights to C:\Program Files\PTC directory to Full control access for Everyone group.
