How to reinstall Pro/ENGINEER

My notebook computer that was installing Pro/ENGINEER Student edition broke down and the mother board was replaced. So the Mac address was changed, and Pro/ENGINEER did not start. I tried to reinstall Pro/ENGINEER. But I can’t get new license file and I can’t reinstall Pro/ENGINEER. Please teach me to reinstall Pro/ENGINEER.

Hi Tetsuo, Thanks for your email. Please send your request to -. They will need to create you a new license file for your machine. Once you receive the license file, you can follow the traditional install and point to the new license file. Thanks, Mark
