How to renew the license for CREO 7.0.2.0

Hello sir ,previously I have installed CREO 2.0 but it is uninstalled now I installed CREO  7.0.2.0 but CREO parametric showing "License request failed for feature ".  my license expired on 5th march 2020.

what should I do ,please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

Hi,

look into C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. How many files do you see ? If you open file/files in Notepad you will see what licenses are included in it.

If license file containing Creo 7.0 license is present, then you can modify parametric.psf file in Creo 7.0 installation ... simply replace Creo 2.0 information (located in Creo 2.0 license file) by Creo 7.0 information (located in Creo 7.0 license file).

Hi,
