I can't open creo parametric 10.0

Hi, 

I have installed the student version 10.0 of Creo Parametric.

It is the first time for me to install this software so I followed instructions provided (https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo9_unistudent_standard.pdf) and everything seemed to be ok. 

When I started the software it couldn't run, and an error -21 occurred. 

What should I do?

Hi,

if you read the document carefully, you would know that it is about installing Creo 9.0.

Please use https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo10_unistudent_standard.pdf document.

Do note forget to remove license file from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory!
