Issue opening Creo 11.0 on Windows

Assistance is needed with Creo 11. I received the warning below during install and when I click on Creo 11 the pointer will spin but not open. 

 My processor is AMD Ryzen 3 3300U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
