Licence issues with Creo M030

I have Creo M030 but cannot get it to run due to a licence issue.  Cannot find out a way to download a new licence

HELP!- I think I can use an explanation mark in this context.

You can register for Creo 3.0 using the link below.  You should then receive a product code to re-license your existing software. It might be worth downloading and installing the latest build.  Keep up great work.

I had the same problem and a quick email to ptc academic sorted out a new licences and a link to the latest release too.
