Using fine no problems, logged on this morning and tried to start Creo up and 'licence request failure'
does this mean I have to reload Creo again?
I have just re downloaded Creo and reinstalled but it is still coming up licence failure
what gives?

Hi Jeremy- I had a similar problem earlier this year. Get on to academic support and they will re-new your existing license.
