License Request Failed for Feature after verification,

I have verified and installed my license multiple times, and I keep getting this error. 
I have the license in my files, not sure what to do now.

installer saves license files into hidden directory C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. Show us the contents of this directory.

Please open C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory and show us what is inside it.

OK, now I know that C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory is empty.

K-12       students can use Product code BE410708EDSTUDENTEDK12
University students can use Product code BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL

What Product code you entered during installation ?

Did you receive an email containing backup copy of license file ?
