I subscribed school academic program for CREO 8 and I installed it starting from MED-100WIN-CD-450_8-0-0-0_Win64, even if the PDF procedure associated refered to CREO 7. I used the licences reported in the PDF and from the installation process it appeared as Active.
Anyway if I launch Creo 8, I receive The error "(-21) License file does not support this version" and the application closes.
I have checked on https://www.ptc.com/en/support/creo-admin-troubleshooter/error-code/error-21 how to solve the error but when I click on PTC License Management tools link I receive "Request Processing Failed" on the web.
After the installation I received an email with a "sw_license_email_*******.dat" file. I tried to replace the original licence in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing, but Creo doesn't recognize it as valid licence.
What should I do?
