License request failed for feature Creo 6.0)

Hi, I am trying to download student creo and when prompted when downloading entered in the license the instructional PDF gave me, but when I try to start Creo Parametric, I get the Error "License request failed for the feature." How do I fix this?

please provide more information.

1.] attach picture of message window show the error

2.] tell us what Product code did you enter ... I hope you launched setup.exe

3.] show list of files located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory

4.] attach "instructional PDF"
