License request failed for feature

Whenever I try to use any of my CREO Products, a message pops up saying,

"License Request Failed for Feature"

and shuts down the program. How do I fix this?

• launch Creo
• enlarge error message window to display complete message text
• make a screenshot of the window
• publish screenshot
