License request failed for feature

Hi,

I have just installed the SW "PTC Creo 4.0 Academic Edition".

When launching Creo Parametric, I am getting following error "License request failed for feature".

Can someone help me?

Hi,

license file mentioned on the picture contains license which enables to launch Creo up to release 4.0. The error messages probably informs you that you are trying to launch higher release, i.e. Creo 5.0, 6.0 or 7.0.
