While renewing my license, I am getting error message "Customer not verified".

go to https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/secure/wamMain.jsp page and change your password,
Before renewing go to C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory and delete old not valid license file (you can move all files from this directory "somewhere else" to empty the directory)
