Lizenzidentifikation Error

Hey,

Ich wollte meine Studenten Lizens aktuallisieren und habe es versucht über die automatische aktualisierung zu machen, was mir die Fehlermeldung: Kunde nicht verifiziert gibt. (sehe Anhang 1).

  

darauf hin habe ich versucht über die Installationsassistent die Lizenz neu zu laden und beim eingeben meines Benutzer und Passwort, kommt ein Fehler. (sehe anhang 2)
