Hello,
I have recently upgraded my study laptop, and desired to transfer my licence from my old one.
however, when utilizing the platform i understand to be for it, on the customer support center, i recieve the message:
"Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com."
Am i really not meant to be able to move my licence from my old laptop with a student licence?
Any tips or ideas as to how to solve it would be greatly appreciated.
