Dear Community Members,
Hope you all are doing well. I have subscribed to Mathcad Prime 9, the student version for one year. It was running perfectly, however, yesterday I tried to open a file but I was unable to open the file, Then I changed the PTC filename to Old_PTC in C drive ( solution on this community page). Now when I am opening my Mathcad, the watermark of "Mathcad Express ..." is in the background of each page. How to solve this issue?
I have attached the file for reference.
Thanks for the time.
Abdur

Seems like Prime cannot find the license file on the path where it should be.
What file did you rename?
Success!

Hello Luc,
Thank you very much for the response.
Well, I changed the "PTC" in the folder "C:/Program files/PTC " to "old_PTC". However, when I open the Mathcad file now, it just opens the Mathcad Express, not the Mathcad Prime 9.
When I try to activate it using my License key I get the error in the attachment.
Thanks,
Abdur
