My CREO Parametric 3.0 version crashes when assembling with a pin as a joint

Hello,

As i said in the subject, my CREO Parametric 3.0 version crashes when assembling with a pin as a joint. Like if i try to transform a link between two assembled parts into a pin, a particular message pops (you can see it on the picture below). As soon as i click on OK or on the cross of this message, my CREO document instantly disappears. I tried to reinstall CREO to see if i deleted an useful document but nothing changed. Coud you help me ? What can i do ?

I'm sorry but i don't know where to find the knowledge base. Moreover, i couldn't find the solutions to solve my problem on the link you shared.
