I was so stupid that I had deleted the license file and emptied the trash afterwards for some unknown reasons.
And when I tried to run the setup again there was just nothing poping out after the extracting.
What can I do to fix the problem?
What kind of PTC's software do you mean?
I was trying to install Creo 1.0 school edition. I hadn't watched the instruction video on how to install it correctly before I created the license file. Later on I found I got one option wrong, so I deleted the license file and assumed that I would be able to run the setup again and create another one. The trash bin was emptied by mistake..
Please request a new license through -. They will either be able to resend your first license or create a new one for you.
